I am starting a new edition. I hope to have it done by Sunday. If all goes well it will be an edition of 8 with two artist proofs. They are woodblock prints on lennox paper.

You may recall the carving photos that my friend Kara took of me cutting the block back in April. I finally got around to printing it.

I decided to cut the block to allow for color separations.

mixed my colors.

made a high tech registration system by proofing the block on a translucent sheet of mulberry. Then traced the block itself to insure proper placement.

rolled it through the press...

BOOM!!!

There are two more aspects to this print before it is complete... Hang in there.
